Barkley, who was named to the NFC Pro Bowl squad this week, needs seven receptions to break Reggie Bush's NFL record for a rookie running back (88 in 2006). He also needs one more game with 100 scrimmage yards to tie Eric Dickerson's record (13 games in 1983) for most by a rookie in NFL history.

TE EVAN ENGRAM

With injuries in the receiving corps, the second-year pro could be a big factor again in the passing game. He led the team with eight catches for 75 yards last week.

LB B.J. GOODSON

Alec Ogletree is in the concussion protocol, meaning more responsibility will be on the shoulders Goodson against a surging Indianapolis offense. Colts running back Marlon Mack has seven rushing touchdowns since Week 7.

CB JANORIS JENKINS

Jenkins will help defend big-play threat T.Y. Hilton, who has 1,000 yards receiving for the fifth time in six years.

QB ELI MANNING

The Colts are one of two teams Manning has not beaten in his career. The Chargers are the other one. Sunday will be the Giants' first game at Lucas Oil Stadium since their Super Bowl XLVI victory.
