Eli Manning joins Yankees broadcast booth
Eli Manning's stellar post-playing career continued this past weekend in the Bronx.
The Giants legend made an appearance at Yankees Stadium on Saturday, joining Michael Kay and Paul O'Neil in the YES broadcast booth during the Yankees' 9-8 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Manning discussed his old baseball days, when he batted lefty, before talking about some of the other sports he played. He also touched on his children's growing interest in all sports.
The highlight of Manning's appearance was when the two-time Super Bowl MVP cracked some jokes to O'Neil about the former Yankees outfielder's ceremonial first pitch at the home opener Friday.
"You threw a ground ball to him!" Manning exclaimed.
Catch up on all of the highlights from Manning's appearance in the YES booth below.
In honor of Opening Day, view photos of Giants throwing out first pitches and taking in some baseball over the years.
