Giants.com is counting down to the start of the team's 2023 training camp with 23 questions in 23 days.
Each day, a member of the crew will answer one question about the roster, coaching staff, schedule, and much more.
3) Who will be the Giants' Offensive MVP?
You don't give out that contract if the answer isn't Daniel Jones.
For the first time since being drafted sixth overall in 2019, the heir apparent to Eli Manning enters the season as the unquestioned franchise quarterback. Furthermore, he has stability in the scheme. With coach Brian Daboll and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, Jones became the fourth quarterback in NFL history with at least 3,200 passing yards, a 65+ completion percentage and 700 or more rushing yards in a season. He was also the first quarterback in NFL postseason history with 300+ passing yards, two touchdown passes, and 70+ rushing yards in a game.
