ROSTER-MOVE-PRIMEPOINT

The Giants signed offensive tackle Yodny Cajuste to the practice squad Tuesday morning.

Cajuste was a third-round pick (No. 101 overall) in the 2019 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. The 6-foot-5, 310-pound tackle missed his first two seasons due to injury but played in seven games with two starts at right tackle for the Patriots in 2021. He went on to play 10 games with three starts at right tackle for New England the following season.

Prior to being drafted, Cajuste had a successful collegiate career at West Virginia, where he played in 31 games with 30 starts at tackle. As a redshirt junior, he started 13 games and was named Second-Team All-Big 12. The following season, he was named First-Team All-Big 12 along with the Big 12 Co-Offensive Lineman of the Year after starting 11 games at left tackle.

On Tuesday, the Giants designated veteran wide receiver Cole Beasley to return, restoring him to the practice squad. In a corresponding move, the team released cornerback Amani Oruwariye and wide receiver Cam Sims from the practice squad.
