Q: How was it today?

A: I am just trying to get comfortable and trying to work with Eli as much as possible. I'm just trying to get on the same page as him and trying to work at learning the system, working with Eli and learning the offense.

Q: Would you consider yourself a quick study?

A: I am not the brightest guy and I will be the first to admit that, but football-wise, I would say that I am pretty intelligent. I think I pick up on things pretty quick. Football is football and routes are routes. At some point you just have to go out there and play and I learned that at some point. You can go out there and think, you have to let your ability take over and that is what I am trying to do if I play on Monday.    

Q: Will it be uncomfortable if you play on Monday?

A: I am not going to feel like I did my third or fourth year in Indy after being in that offense for so long. In that aspect it won't be the same but at the same time, I am just going to go out there and play football and not overthink things.      

Q: How do you learn the terminology?

A: You just try to study as much as possible. There are always little hints or clues that you can put together with the other plays that you have had in past years. I can do some of that and just study.  

Q: Is it a hard language?

A: Yes, at first it is but the more you are in there, the more comfortable you get and the easier it gets.   

Q: How are the younger guys responding?

A: Everybody has been great. They have welcomed me in and that is always good. When you come to a new team, you don't know what to expect. They are teaching me and trying to help me out with the offense. They have all been a big help.
