Q: It looks like you're going to be a big part of the offense this week.
A: First and foremost, we just hope that everything is okay with Will. That was a scary situation because I saw him earlier in the day and we didn't know that it was as serious as it was. New Orleans is a great team, as they've been for the last several years. Playing in that dome, they present a lot of challenges with their great defensive packages. We'll have to bring our A-game.
Q: How much pride do you take in being able to move around on the offensive line?
A: Whatever it takes to help the team. That's why I'm here. You have to be willing to adjust and prepared for anything. We've been tested this year in terms of injuries and things like that. Just have to go with it on the fly and be prepared, as we always are.
Q: What needs to change this week?
A: We just have to keep at it and be consistent. That's a big thing. There's too many of one positive play and then one or two negative plays. If we can string a bunch of positive plays together, then we can get into a rhythm and find some more success.
Q: Why do you think that is?
A: For whatever reason, I think a combination of things. The bottom-line is we're not as consistent as we need to be right now.
Q: How frustrated do you guys get when the running game doesn't get going?
A: It's frustrating because it makes us pretty one dimensional. When you're one dimensional it's very tough to win in this league. We realize that we have to gain some sort of balance here as we go on to the last six games. Join other diehard Giants Fans!
