NFL clubs will hit two checkpoints in the draft circuit this week.
First up is the East-West Shine Bowl in Frisco, Texas, where Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka will serve as head coach of West Team. On his staff will also be Giants offensive assistant Angela Baker, who will serve as the tight ends coach.
Then it's off to Mobile, Alabama, for the 75th edition of the Senior Bowl. Giants quarterbacks coach Shea Tierney and assistant special teams coach Mike Adams will serve as coordinators. Tierney will coordinate the offense for the National Team, while Adams runs special teams on the other sideline for the American Team.
The college all-star games will be played Thursday and Saturday, respectively, following an important week of practices for draft prospects to show scouts what they can do against fellow NFL hopefuls.

Now for what's out there in the latest mock drafts:
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "This continues the Giants' quest from last offseason to add team speed. Nabers is the most explosive wideout in the draft."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "I keep coming back to getting (Daniel) Jones more help, as he has never played with a true No. 1 wide receiver. Nabers could be that. He's coming off an 89-catch, 1,569-yard season catching passes from Jayden Daniels, and he has a rare combination of speed and route-running ability. He led the FBS with 17 catches of 30-plus yards."
Pick: Rome Odunze, WR, Washington
Analysis: "With his size/speed profile and ability to play through contact, Odunze is a quarterback-friendly target with the tools to be a legitimate No. 1 option. The Giants haven't had a 1,000-yard receiver since 2018, but Odunze might change that as a rookie."
Pick: Rome Odunze, WR, Washington
Analysis: "If the Giants are going to continue with Daniel Jones as their QB1, they must add a legitimate No. 1 receiver to help the quarterback thrive. As a catch-and-run specialist with superior strength and power, Odunze could make the game easier for Jones."
Pick: Rome Odunze, WR, Washington
Analysis: "He tied for the most contested receptions (24) in the country and had the third-most touchdowns (eight) in those situations. If things play out this way, it would be the first time in the common draft era that three receivers went in the top six picks, per ESPN Stats & Information data."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "I strongly considered Rome Odunze here, but Nabers might have a slightly higher ceiling, giving Brian Daboll a cross between, say, Stefon Diggs and DJ Moore as his top wideout."
Pick: Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame
Analysis: "Alt (6-7, 322) will be OT1 on some boards after a fantastic junior season with the Irish. He still moves like the 220-pound tight end he was in high school."
Pick: Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame
Analysis: "Alt played only left tackle for Notre Dame but is a very natural athlete who possesses the coordination to play on the other side."
Pick: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
Analysis: "No player did more for their draft stock in the fall than Jayden Daniels, who went from possible Day 3 pick to first-round prospect."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "Malik Nabers adds much-needed explosiveness, reliability and big-play ability for a group that has lacked all of those traits from a wide receiver in some time."
Pick: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
Analysis: "Daniels is a true dual-threat quarterback who throws one of the best deep balls in the entire draft. With this selection, there should be fireworks in New York."
Pick: Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia
Analysis: "[Whoever] is under center would have two of the most athletic specimens at the tight end position and they can share the field along with Brian Daboll's play-calling."
Pick: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
Analysis: "Daniels' electric running ability and vertical passing is a great fit with Daboll, who unlocked both of those aspects while working with Josh Allen a few years ago in Buffalo."
Pick: Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia
Analysis: "The Giants simply go best player available, and in Bowers they get a three-down tight end who has a direct positive impact on the quarterback for the Giants."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "Upgrading the offense has to be a priority this offseason."
Pick: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
Analysis: "Jayden Daniels is an electric dual-threat talent with the processing ability to dissect defenses at multiple levels and the linear speed to outrun NFL secondary defenders."
Pick: Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State
Analysis: "We're already seeing Marvin Harrison Jr.'s draft stock drop a little bit with more people supporting guys like Rome Odunze and Keon Coleman, but New York's fine with that. Whether you think Harrison is the best receiver or not, one thing's for sure: the kid can ball."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "The speedy Malik Nabers would be a great addition to an offense that is in major need of playmakers."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "Nabers' raw speed is still an understated part of his game, but don't be surprised to see a 40 time around 4.40 seconds or faster."
Pick: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Analysis: "[Jayden] Daniels' primary target the past two seasons in Baton Rouge, Nabers really blossomed during a 2023 All-American campaign when he caught 89 balls for 1,569 yards and 14 TDs."
