Q: After starting 0-2 in the division, does the fact that you can be in really good shape if you win this game surprise you?
A: It's not surprising just because we know that this is a tough division. We know it's a tough league in general and this is a point in the season where you've got to grind, you've got to start amassing those wins because at the end of the year, there's a chance that it might come down to a win here or a loss there and we want to make sure that we're on the upside of that.
Q: Do you think you would have a really good spot in this division at the halfway point?
A: There's a lot of football left to be played. If you look back at last season at this point, most people would probably have counted us out. So we're just going to continue to play and make sure that we focus on this week and then when we get to that point where things start counting and things are on the line that hopefully we've done enough work early on to get ourselves in the right spot.Q: Is there another road stadium in the league where you guys feel as comfortable as this place?A: I'd say you feel comfortable in your divisional opponent's stadium just because you're familiar with it. You've played there year in and year out. By the time you get to six, seven divisional league games, you're familiar going through the halls and you understand what's going to come your way in terms of pregame. Now whether or not you come out with the win, I don't think that has too much to do with how comfortable you are in a stadium.
Q: Do you feel like Cowboys Stadium is a home away from home?
A: No. I wouldn't call it a home away from home. I would say that it's a tough team that we know we have to see twice a year and whenever we go in there, we know we have to bring our best game.
Q: Why do you think you guys are better on the road?A: I couldn't tell you. If we knew the answer to that, we'd try to duplicate it and make ourselves equally as good at home. But for whatever reason, it is for all the reasons that are kind of combined, we do play well on the road and we've got to take that and make sure we continue that progress.
