The New York Giants activated defensive tackle Henry Mondeaux and defensive back Fabian Moreau for their Monday night game against the Dallas Cowboys at MetLife Stadium.
Moreau, a 2017 third-round draft choice by the Washington Commanders, was also elevated for last week's victory over the Carolina Panthers. He played 17 snaps on defense in addition to 13 on special teams. The 6-foot, 198-pounder has 77 regular-season games under his belt, including 34 starts primarily at cornerback.
Mondeaux, 6-5 and 280 pounds, was added to the Giants' practice squad on Sept. 1 after his release from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mondeaux has played in 26 games with two starts, all with the Steelers over the past two seasons. His career numbers include two sacks, four quarterback hits, three tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery.
