Q: Ahmad Bradshaw – did he have a setback?
A: No, it is just the way it was supposed to be. He worked a little bit yesterday. And to be honest with you, it surprised me, too. But he wanted to work. And felt like he was good enough to do that. So he did. But today he was right back to where he has been for the last couple of weeks.
Q: What happened with Antonio Pierce yesterday?
A: His back was bothering him a little bit. But he does everything.
Q: On the participation chart with the Cardinals I have seen Bertrand Berry was lined up as a starter at defensive end in their four-three and also as an outside linebacker in their three-four. How are they using him?
A: He is a pass rush specialist. He comes in on third down.
Q: Primarily down or primarily standing up?
A: However they want to do it. They play it both ways. They play on their feet, even in a sub package they are up. I think a little bit depends on the player. He has been an end. Some of the guys that have been backers prefer to be up. He gets down most of the time.
Q: RE: Bill Sheridan being on an even keel. Is that something that you looked for when you decided to make him the defensive coordinator?
* *A: Well, I was aware of it. I have been around him. But basically we are talking about the quality of the coach. And he is a good one.
Q: How has he been this week?
* *A: How has he been? Never too high, never too low. You quoted it. They let me be low. I'm the low one.
Q: Any more demonstrative or vocal?
* *A: I don't think so, no.
