Q: Are you encouraged by the fact that there are so many players listed as probable on the injury report compared to out or doubtful?
A: Yes, that was the plan and it worked out that way.
Q: Has Mitch Petrus made strides this week with a full week to prepare with the first team?
A:* *Actually he has been pretty solid and he was solid in the game. He got better and you do get better.
He is playing against some really good competition and that can make you better right there.
Q: Do you feel fortunate to go into this game playing for first place after losing four straight games?
A: We try to play each game as hard as we can play it. Some were good and some were bad but by virtue of how we started this season, we earned the right to be here. We are looking forward to this.

Q: Have you talked to the team about putting the losing streak behind them?
A: We talked about the one game in the division and how important it is. That is how we started the week.

Q: What does Jason Pierre-Paul have that allows him to progress the way that he has?
A: Athleticism, energy and just that spontaneity from a guy who loves what he is doing. He brings it every day. He does the same thing every day in terms of how he practices, and he enjoys his day. He is a spark.

Q: What is the update on Baas?
A: They are continuing to talk with the doctors and we will have something shortly.

Q: You said Mario looked good yesterday. How did he look today?
A: He looked okay today, too.
