Landon Collins and the New York Giants encourage you and your whole family to come out to MetLife Stadium this weekend for the sixth annual NBC 4 & Telemundo 47 Health & Fitness Expo presented by Quest Diagnostics.
Held this Saturday and Sunday (June 23-24 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day), the Health & Fitness Expo is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly health and fitness weekend aimed at motivating people to engage in a healthy lifestyle within their community. This free, non-ticketed event is open to the general public. Visitors to the Health & Fitness Expo will have the opportunity to walk on the field, tour the locker rooms and meet Giants players as well as NBC 4 and Telemundo 47 talent.
Collins, a two-time Pro Bowl safety for the Giants, will co-host the event along with NBC 4 New York's Bruce Beck and Telemundo 47's Veronica Contreras. With more than 120 vendors, the experience will also include fitness classes programmed across five stages throughout the stadium, as well as free health screenings provided by Quest Diagnostics.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION: With free admission, there will also be free, on-site parking at the stadium. You can also take the bus from Port Authority in NYC or from Secaucus Junction in New Jersey. The 351 Bus Service will run hourly on Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The buses will go from the Port Authority Bus terminal to MetLife Stadium Lot K, and will be located in Gates 410-413 at the Port Authority. EVENTS: The Health & Fitness Expo is one the Tri-State's largest, open-to-the-public health events drawing approximately 50,000 visitors every year. In 2018, there will be more than 120 vendors offering many events and opportunities, including fitness tests (40-yard dash, circuits, etc.), free health screenings (cholesterol, vitamin D, kidney function, blood sugar level, etc.), locker room tours, ziplining, rock walls, giveaways, special prizes, cooking demonstrations, yoga on the field, FIFA World Cup viewing parties, pet adoption, and much more.
