In support of Pride Month, the Giants hosted the New York Gay Football League for a celebration of its 2023 championship teams and Hall of Fame honorees. The Giants have been proud sponsors of the NYGFL for several seasons, hosting practices and clinics throughout the year. NYGFL's mission is to cultivate an inclusive and diverse environment for all members – lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and straight allies – and, in so doing, encourage and empower each individual to reach their goals as an athlete, teammate, friend, leader, and member of the greater community.

Over the offseason, Justin Tuck and Darnay Holmes visited Cheshire Correctional Institution, a Level 4 high security facility located just north of New Haven, Connecticut. In conjunction with the Vera Institute of Justice, MILPA Collective and their Restoring Promise initiative, they went to witness the T.R.U.E. Unit, a groundbreaking approach that reimagines incarceration for men aged 18-25. The name is an acronym for Truthfulness, Respectfulness, Understanding, and Elevating.
