Now for what's out there in the latest mock drafts:
Pick: Jordan Addison, WR, USC
Analysis: "Addison put up huge numbers at Pitt in 2021 before dealing with some injuries at USC, and he has the versatility to play outside or in the slot. He just knows how to get open. New York also will get back rookie second-rounder Wan'Dale Robinson, who flashed before tearing an ACL."
Pick: Jordan Addison, WR, USC
Analysis: "The Giants need to add more firepower on the outside, and Addison is the best route-runner in the 2023 draft. The former Trojan possesses excellent play speed, which will add another dimension to Brian Daboll's offense."
Pick: Zay Flowers, WR, Boston College
Analysis: "The Giants could open their checkbook and re-sign Daniel Jones after the quarterback played his best football in 2022. Giving Danny Dimes a bona fide No. 1 wideout could help him take his game to another level in 2023."
Pick: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU
Analysis: "Isaiah Hodgins opened eyes late in the season, and Wan'Dale Robinson will be back from a torn ACL, but adding a lengthy playmaker with burst and 50-50 skills makes sense."
NFL Media analyst Daniel Jeremiah updated his ranking of the top 50 prospects in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State
Analysis: "Smith-Njigba barely saw the field during the 2022 season because of injuries but he's still one of the top wideouts in the class."
Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State
Analysis: "The Giants added in the trenches early in the 2022 draft. This time, they go receiver in Round 1. Smith-Njigba is a deceptive YAC type when healthy."
Pick: Josh Downs, WR, North Carolina
Analysis: "The UNC WR can carve defenses up in space and generate downfield plays from the slot."
Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State
Analysis: "JSN led the Buckeyes in receptions (95) and yards (1,595) a season ago but has been limited to only 60 snaps so far with hamstring issues. He's a high-floor player for a receiving corps in need of such a talent."
Pick: Clark Phillips III, CB, Utah
Analysis: "Clark Phillips III is a flat-out dog in coverage. His ability to take the football away may be his best trait. He will fit well in Wink Martindale's man-heavy defense."
Pick: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU
Analysis: "Johnston is an explosive vertical playmaker that should give Jones a big target to throw to and make things easier for him in the passing game."
Pick: John Michael Schmitz, IOL, Minnesota
Analysis: "John Michael Schmitz is a powerful interior offensive lineman who can play guard or center."
Pick: Jordan Addison, WR, USC
Analysis: "This is a home-run style fit and a home-run need filled here in this NFL mock draft."
Pick: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU
Analysis: "Quentin Johnston is a tall target with sky-high potential. The Giants are able to pair Johnston with Wan'Dale Robinson long-term."
