It's not about making the big moves, it's about making the right moves. Much respect to the @Giants front office. #NYG

It's not about making the big moves. It's about making the right moves.
Those are the words of linebacker Spencer Paysinger, who today signed his restricted free agent tender and will remain with the Giants.
The statement applies to the fourth-year pro, who came in as an undrafted rookie in 2011 out of Oregon, earned his stripes on special teams, and now is a veteran member of the linebacker corps.
In three seasons, Paysinger has missed just one game while recording 125 tackles, 74 of which came last season when he started a career-high 10 games. That's in addition to 35 special teams tackles, the most by a Giant from 2011-2013, according to STATS.
The second in that span is fellow linebacker Mark Herzlich, who was also undrafted coming out of college the same year as Paysinger and recently signed a new contract to remain a Giant.
Came to the @Giants together undrafted and now have the opportunity to begin our 4th year together. Congrats @MarkHerzlich on another yr!
