Jones and Barkley were the 3rd tandem of rushers to each top 100 rushing yards in a game in Giants history and for the first time, a quarterback was among them…On Dec. 23, 2007, Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 151 yards and Brandon Jacobs added 143 in a victory in Buffalo…The same duo each passed the century mark on Dec. 13, 2010, when Bradshaw ran for 116 yards and Jacobs 103 in a victory against Minnesota (that was played in Detroit).

In 2021, Jones started all 11 games in which he played…He was inactive from Dec. 5-Dec. 19 with a neck injury suffered vs. Philadelphia (11/28) before being placed on season-ending injured reserve for the final 3 games…Completed 232 of 361 passes (64.3%) for 2,428 yards, 10 touchdowns and 7 interceptions for a passer rating of 84.8…Finished 3rd on the Giants with 298 rushing yards on 62 carries (4.8-yard avg.) and 2 touchdowns.
Jones recorded a passer rating of 90.7 or better in each of the season's first 4 games.
