Corey Lockett is in his sixth season as a pro scout with the Giants. He was pro personnel intern with the team in 2017 and 2018.
Prior to joining the Giants, Lockett was a volunteer coach for the Mercer University football team in the spring of 2017.
Lockett earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mercer in 2016. An outside linebacker, he was a four-year varsity letterman on the Bears' football team, and a team captain during the 2013 and 2014 seasons.
Lockett is a native of Warner Robins, Ga., where he graduated from Northside High School in 2012. He and his fiancé, Vanessa Berentsen, reside in Hoboken, New Jersey.
