Set your timer to 15 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible of the following 3 exercises in that time: -10 Hand Release Push Ups -10 Walking Lunges -10 Burpees

Hand release push upsFor hand release push-ups, start in push-up position...

Hand release push upsLower yourself down to the ground and lift hands off the ground...

Hand release push upsPut hands back on the ground and push yourself up into the starting push-up position. Repeat. (Remember Karen's tip, that push-ups can be performed on your knees!)

BurpeeStart standing up with your legs slightly spread apart...

BurpeeLower your hands to the ground and bend your knees...

BurpeeJump your feet out behind you, as if you're in push-up position...

BurpeeJump your feet back in to where they were before...

BurpeeJump up!! Hands in the air and don't forget to breathe! Now, repeat!

Walking LungesStep one foot forward and bend your knees. Keep your chest up and back straight...

Walking LungesBring that foot back up to standing position. Repeat with the other foot.
