TE Larry DonnellIn a full-padded practice, Donnell showed his ability in both phases of the game for a tight end – blocking and receiving. The coaches keep putting more and more on Donnell's plate, and he has responded well.

CB Aaron RossRoss is feeling right back at home. After spending last season with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Ross came back to bolster the Giants secondary, and continued to do so in Wednesday's practice with some shutdown defense, including breaking up a pass for Victor Cruz in the red zone.

LB Jacquian WilliamsThe speedy third-year linebacker was all over the field in coverage and broke up a handful of passes, including one for Hakeem Nicks from David Carr and another in the red zone off Eli Manning.

WR Louis MurphyThe first-year Giant put together a big practice at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center on Wednesday and hauled in some nice catches, including a jump ball over two defenders from David Carr.

CB Terrell ThomasThomas and the Giants' staff are taking it slowly as the cornerback overcomes his third major knee injury, and the plan has been paying off this week. Thomas continues to take on a little more each day, and was put to the test again on Wednesday by going up top receivers like Victor Cruz.
