Falcons 13, Giants 10: Before halftime QB Matt Ryan drives the Falcons down the field and Bryant hits a 20-yard field goal to put Atlanta ahead going into the locker room.

CB Robert Alford is called for defensive holding and defensive passing interference on a deep pass from Manning intended for Beckham, resulting in a 26-yard penalty to bring the Giants into Falcons territory.
