WR Corey Washington
Washington, a 6-4, 214-pound undrafted rookie out of Newberry College in South Carolina, made one of the best plays of training camp thus far on Thursday. Between two defenders, he hauled in a deep pass from Curtis Painter with one hand down the left side. Washington was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Arizona Cardinals in May and was waived later that month before the Giants picked him up.

*WR Jerrel Jernigan *
Jernigan, who's looking to carry last year's late-season success into this year, found the end zone during Thursday's practice. Quarterback Eli Manning connected with the fourth-year wide receiver on a fade pass to the right corner of the end zone.
Defensive Ends
Maybe it was in anticipation of the team putting on shoulder pads tomorrow and going to full pads on Sunday, but the defensive ends were wreaking some havoc today in practice. Mathias Kiwanuka and Damontre Moore both batted down passes -- Moore nearly held on for an interception -- while Jason Pierre-Paul and Robert Ayers brought pressure as well. "I feel like my normal self," Pierre-Paul said before Thursday's practice. "I'm running around, getting to the quarterback, stopping the run. I'm awesome. I'm at 110 percent really. I'm not really worrying about the back or shoulder, nothing. All is good."
