Wide receiver Kenny Golladay, who was listed as questionable for Sunday's home game against the Las Vegas Raiders, is officially active. He has not played since suffering a knee injury in Dallas on Oct. 10.
Running back Saquon Barkley, who was injured in the same game as Golladay, was ruled out for the fourth consecutive week with an ankle injury. In addition, wide receiver Sterling Shepard (quad), linebacker Lorenzo Carter (ankle) and safety Nate Ebner (ankle) were ruled out. Wide receiver Dante Pettis was placed on injured reserve this week after he suffered a shoulder injury Monday night in Kansas City.
"I would like to (play)," Golladay said Friday. "It depends how my body responds from a couple of days back-to-back. … I feel like I'm doing pretty good. Just trying to stack good days on top of one another.
"I think we're all just being smart about it right now. Definitely avoided something very serious. Right now, just making sure I'm not trying to go out there and push it and make something worse."
Aside from the injuries, the Giants made three additions on Saturday. Linebacker Trent Harris and wide receiver/return specialist Pharoh Cooper were elevated from the practice squad, and rookie linebacker Elerson Smith, a fourth-round draft choice, was activated from injured reserve.
