The Giants have seven players on their preliminary injury report, but running back Ahmad Bradshaw is the only one who will definitely not practice today, according to CoachTom Coughlin.
"(Hakeem) Nicks and everyone else, even though we have some sore guys, they're going to try to work and we'll get some work done that will help them," Coughlin said.
Bradshaw, the team's leading rusher with 440 yards, missed last week's victory inNew England with a fractured bone in his foot. Coughlin has not ruled him out of the game Sunday inSan Francisco against the 7-1 49ers.
"He's better than he was last week, that's for sure," Coughlin said. "He is walking around. If he keeps getting better, we'll see (if he can play)."
Nicks, the team's top receiver, did not play inNew England because of a hamstring injury. Center David Baas, who played six seasons inSan Francisco before joining the Giants, had a knee injury that kept him out of the Patriots game, but will practice.
The other players on the injury report are defensive end Osi Umenyiora (knee), cornerback Prince Amukamara (foot), tackle Stacy Andrews (back) and fullback Henry Hynoski (neck).
