4) Manning was masterful on the sidelines on Tuesday, first hooking up with wide receiver Julian Talley during 7-on-7 drills. Talley caught the ball over his shoulder and made sure he was able to keep two feet in bounds.

3) Kevin Hardy has brought tremendous speed to Giants training camp this summer and showed it off again on Tuesday. Quarterback Curtis Painter hit him in stride for a long touchdown during 7-on-7 drills.

2) Manning and Reuben Randle hooked up for two long completions down the sidelines that were mirror images of each other. The first was down the right before coming back with another on the left.

1) The play of the day went to rookie cornerback Charles James out of Charleston Southern. James perfectly timed Manning's deep pass for Hakeem Nicks, breaking it up as the wide receiver was about to bring it in.
