For the best fantasy football reports, go to the source.
Or in the recent case of one New York City league, the source comes to you.
That's right. New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings surprised a group of fantasy team owners at a local establishment and made his case to be drafted by one of them.
"You're going to want me on your team," Jennings, who averaged 6.1 yards per rush in five preseason games and recorded a 73-yard touchdown, told the group. "You can count on me at any time. I'm durable. I sleep in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I caught every ball that was thrown to me last year."
Now that's a player any general manager would want, fantasy or otherwise. He must have made the same pitch to the Giants' Jerry Reese, who signed the former Oakland Raider this year in free agency.
