Surprise, surprise.
Odell Beckham Jr. is up for the Pepsi Rookie of the Week award in the wake of his performance Sunday night against Dallas.
Not only did the Giants' first-round draft choice make a one-handed grab for the ages in Week 12, but the rookie receiver also finished with 10 catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns in the prime-time NFC East matchup. In seven games (he missed the first four with a hamstring issue), Beckham has three 100-yard receiving performances and Sunday marked a career-high in receptions.
Beckham was previously nominated for the weekly award following his seven catches for 108 yards against Richard Sherman and the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10.
Fans can vote for Beckham on www.nfl.com/rookies through Friday at 3 p.m. ET. This week's winner will be announced later that day on NFL Total Access on NFL Network and on NFL.com.
