Rashad Jennings is truly one of a kind.
The Giants running back plays acoustic guitar, performs card tricks like a trained magician and even picked up archery this offseason.
Add sushi rolling to this renaissance man's list of talents. The seven-year veteran spent time this offseason in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at Asia Bay Sushi Bar & Thai, under the guidance of Chef Rex.
"I love cooking and this field of cooking inspires me because I love sushi and there's ways to make it health conscious," said Jennings.
If you haven't bumped into No. 23 yet at any of New York's top sushi spots, odds are you will soon. Jennings lists Nobu and Blue Ribbon Sushi among his favorite sushi eats.
