NFL decision-makers have packed their bags. The 2025 draft circuit is underway.
Before the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis at the end of February, thousands of personnel from all 32 clubs and media members will bounce from North Texas to Mobile, Alabama. The former is the site of the 100th East-West Shrine Bowl and the latter is host to the Senior Bowl.
In 2024, the East-West Shrine Bowl produced 57 draft picks, an all-time high in its 99-year history. The Senior Bowl, meanwhile, featured 110 selections, representing 43 percent of the entire draft. Combined, they made up 65 percent of the entire draft class.
In other words, the importance of these college all-star weeks only continues to grow.
The New York Giants, who hold the No. 3 overall pick, have coaches on staff at both bowls and will get an up-close look at the prospects. That includes the week of practices, which are just as revealing as the games.
Giants.com will be tracking all the action with highlights, interviews, photos, and more.
