Texas A&M quarterback Kellen Mond was named the 2021 Senior Bowl MVP on Saturday, an award Daniel Jones won in 2019 before the Giants drafted the Duke signal-caller No. 6 overall.
Mond completed 13 of 25 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions, but his American Team fell to the National Team 27-24 in the annual college all-star game played in Mobile, Alabama.
Meanwhile, Louisville wide receiver Dez Fitzpatrick was named of the offensive player of the game, and Tulane defensive lineman Cam Sample was the defensive player of the game.
