Ahead of the 2020 NFL Draft, the New York Giants will video interview Michigan center Cesar Ruiz, according to a report by Jordan Reid of The Draft Network.

The 6-foot-3, 307-pound Ruiz was a two-time All-Big Ten honoree for the Wolverines. He appeared in 36 games with 31 career starts (26 at center and five at right guard). A native of Camden, N.J., he was hailed as the best pass-blocking center in the country by PFF College, with 447 snaps spent in pass protection and just eight pressures allowed, and none over the final five games of the season.

Ruiz was ranked the No. 1 center by multiple outlets coming out of IMG Academy, which he led to undefeated seasons in 2015 and 2016. As a senior, he anchored an offensive line that helped the offense produce 2,000 yards through the air and 1,879 yards on the ground in 11 games.
