The Giants had ruled out cornerback Nick McCloud (knee) on their final injury report of the week while outside linebacker Brian Burns (groin) and inside linebacker Darius Muasau (knee) were listed as questionable.
Cleveland, meanwhile, listed three players out with injuries – offensive tackle Jack Conklin (knee), tight end David Njoku (ankle) and running back Pierre Strong (hamstring) – while offensive tackle Jedrick Wills (knee) was questionable.
As for gameday elevations, the Giants activated cornerback Art Green and linebacker Ty Summers from the practice squad. The Browns signed former Giants running back Gary Brightwell and tight end Blake Whiteheart to the active roster from the practice squad. The team also elevated cornerback Tony Brown II and tight end Geoff Swaim.
