On Sunday, the Giants activated newly-signed kicker Mason Crosby and outside linebacker Tomon Fox from the practice squad. The Giants also got one offensive tackle back but lost another. Matt Peart was activated from injured reserve, while Evan Neal (ankle) was placed on it.

Crosby, who spent 16 seasons kicking for the Green Bay Packers, joined the roster Friday as Cade York became the third kicker to go on injured reserve. York was scheduled to make his Giants debut but suffered a quad injury in practice this week. He joins Graham Gano (knee surgery) and Randy Bullock (hamstring) on injured reserve.

Crosby's 1,918 points are a Packers franchise record – by nearly 900 points – and 11th-most in NFL history. A sixth-round draft choice out of Colorado in 2007, Crosby has made 395 field goals in 485 attempts (81.4 percent) across 258 career games. He has also made 31 of 35 attempts in 23 postseason appearances, including Green Bay's victory Super Bowl XLV.
