Inactives: Who's in, who's out for Giants vs. Lions

INACTIVES

Rookie tight end Daniel Bellinger was the only Giants player declared out of the game on Friday's final injury report. He has not practiced since he was inadvertently punched in the left eye in Jacksonville on Oct. 23.

Evan Neal, a rookie who started the first seven games at right tackle, was doubtful with a knee injury, also suffered in Jacksonville. He returned to practice this week but has been limited.

"He's done some movement things and moved around, and I think [that's] kind of the next step for him coming back," coach Brian Daboll said earlier in the week. "But he's made strides each day."

Five players were questionable: defensive lineman Dexter Lawrence (back), wide receivers Kenny Golladay (hamstring) and Wan'Dale Robinson (hamstring), safety Dane Belton (clavicle) and offensive lineman Joshua Ezeudu (neck). They were all limited in practice.

Kicker Graham Gano did not practice on Friday due to illness.

On Saturday, the Giants activated guard Shane Lemieux from reserve. Tight end Lawrence Cager was also elevated from the practice squad.

Lemieux has played in 13 games with 10 starts since being a fifth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. After starting the season opener in 2021, Lemieux suffered a knee injury that forced him to miss the remainder of the season. A toe injury suffered in the team's first preseason game this year led to him being placed on injured reserve at the end of training camp. He was then designated to return to practice on November 7.

Cager was elevated from the practice squad for the third consecutive game. He caught his first two passes as a Giant in last week's win over the Houston Texans, including his first career touchdown.
