INACTIVES

The following players will be inactive for Thursday Night Football:

GIANTS INACTIVES

  • RB Saquon Barkley
  • CB Cor'Dale Flott
  • S Gervarrius Owens
  • OLB Azeez Ojulari
  • OL Ben Bredeson
  • T Andrew Thomas
  • DL Jordon Riley

49ERS INACTIVES

  • G Nick Zakelj
  • RB Tyrion Davis-Price
  • DT Kalia Davis
  • ILB Jalen Graham
  • WR Brandon Aiyuk
  • CB Ambry Thomas
  • QB Brandon Allen

The Giants had ruled out four players due to injuries heading into Thursday night: running back Saquon Barkley (ankle), left tackle Andrew Thomas (hamstring), interior offensive lineman Ben Bredeson (concussion), and outside linebacker Azeez Ojulari (hamstring). Wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) and Micah McFadden (neck) were questionable.

Barkley was hurt with 1:02 remaining in the Giants' dramatic 31-28 victory against the Cardinals. His lower leg bent awkwardly at the end of a two-yard run on the team's final offensive possession, which produced Graham Gano's game-winning field goal. Bredeson also suffered a concussion during the game.

Meanwhile, Thomas and Ojulari will miss their second consecutive game with hamstring injuries.

Robinson, on the other hand, will make his 2023 debut. His rookie season ended when he tore his ACL against Detroit last Nov. 20, a game in which the second-round pick had nine catches for 100 yards. He had previously injured his knee in the season-opening victory in Tennessee and missed the next four games. Robinson finished his debut season with six games, including starts in his last three contests, and 23 receptions for 227 yards and one touchdown.
