Wide receiver Golden Tate, who was listed as doubtful on the team's final injury report with a calf issue, has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. He also did not play last week.
The Giants on Friday declared fullback Eli Penny out for the second consecutive game due to an illness. He was inactive last week against Baltimore, ending his streak of 44 consecutive games played. He was placed on injured reserve yesterday.
Quarterback Daniel Jones (hamstring), cornerback Darnay Holmes (knee), linebacker Cam Brown (illness), tight end Evan Engram (calf), safety Jabrill Peppers (ankle) and wide receiver Sterling Shepard (rib) also appeared on the injury report this week, but they have been cleared for the regular-season finale.
