Outside linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux is "week to week" after undergoing surgery on an injured wrist, coach Brian Daboll told reporters before Wednesday's practice as the Giants prepare for Sunday night's home matchup with the Bengals.
Wide receiver Malik Nabers, meanwhile, is "feeling better" but still remains in the concussion protocol. He is "day to day." Nabers will do work on the side today and the Giants will assess him from there, Daboll said.
Nabers, the sensational rookie who still leads the NFL in receptions despite missing Week 5, did not travel with the team to Seattle.
Daboll also said that running back Devin Singletary will practice, likely in a limited capacity, after he too missed Sunday's game with a groin injury. The veteran was listed as doubtful on the final injury report before the team ruled him out on gameday. Daboll said Wednesday that he's "trending in the right direction."
The Giants have a chance to move to .500 on the season in Week 6 against the Bengals, who fell to 1-4 after a 41-38 overtime loss to the Ravens.
