Osi Umenyiora is in, but Justin Tuck is out for the Giants today against the Arizona Cardinals.

Umenyiora, like Tuck a two-time Pro Bowl defensive end, will make his 2011 debut this afternoon in University of Phoenix Stadium. He had arthroscopic knee surgery on Aug. 19 and missed the first three games of the season. Umenyiora is expected to start at defensive right end.

Umenyiora has been the Giants' sole or shared sack leader in six of the last seven seasons. Last year, Umenyiora and Tuck tied for the team lead with 11.5 sacks apiece.

Tuck, a Pro Bowler last season, will miss the game with neck and groin injuries. He also sat out the season opener in Washington. The Giants this year are 2-0 when Tuck plays and 0-1 when he doesn't.

The Giants Inactives for today are:

DE Justin Tuck
WR Brandon Stokley
CB Prince Amukamara
RB Da'rel Scott
G Mitch Petrus
WR Michael Clayton
T James Brewer
