*Brother Peyton Manning is the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos. Sunday will be the third regular-season game in which Eli and Peyton Manning will face each other as the starting quarterbacks – the only brothers to do so in NFL history.

Head Coach John Fox

*Spent five seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Giants from 1997-2001 and led a defense that consistently ranked among the league's most productive units.

Assistant secondary coach Sam Garnes

*Selected by the Giants in the 5th round of the 1997 NFL Draft by the Giants and played safety for five seasons (1997-2001), starting 105 of 106 games.

Running Backs Coach Eric Studesville

*Coached the Giants' running backs from 2001-03 and helped former Giants RB Tiki Barber twice rush for 1,000 yards.

BRONCOS NEW YORK/NEW JERSEY-AREA CONNECTIONS

S Mike Adams: was born in Paterson, NJ and attended Passiac Tech High School in Wayne, NJ, where he helped guide his team to the New Jersey Group 4 state title in 1998.

RB Lance Ball: attended Teaneck (NJ) High School where he rushed for 3,403 yards and 39 touchdowns. As a senior, Ball earned first-team all-state, all-county, and all-league honors.

RB Knowshon Moreno: born in Belford, N.J., and attended Middletown South High School where he finished as the state's all-time leader in total touchdowns (128) and scoring (782 pts.).

LB Shaun Phillips: attended Willingboro (N.J.) High School where he was an all-state and all-city selection in football.
