With 15,000 followers just a year ago, the official Twitter account of the New York Giants reached the 300,000 benchmark on Tuesday night, becoming the fifth NFL team to do so.
The Giants first hit six figures last November while eclipsing 200,000 before Super Bowl XLVI.
