Senior NFL columnist Pete Prisco of CBSSports.com dropped the Giants down to No. 12, one below the Dallas Cowboys.

"They need better play from that offensive line if they are to be a division winner," Prisco wrote. "The schedule doesn't let up with a trip to New Orleans this week."
NFC EAST: No. 11 Cowboys (previously ranked No. 12), No. 12 Giants (8), No. 15 Eagles (21), No. 26 Redskins (22).

In the NFL.com Power Poll, the Giants came in at No. 10, the highest in the division. NFC EAST: No. 10 Giants (8), No. 13 Cowboys (12), No. 17 Eagles (19), No. 28t Redskins (29t).

---Brian Billick of FOX Sports slid the Giants six places, down to No. 14.

"The Giants should be hanging their heads pretty low right now," Billick wrote. "They blew a chance to beat a divisional rival that was without their starting QB and best WR. Allowing Vince Young to drive the length of the field on an 18-play drive in which they converted six third-downs is embarrassing. ---ProFootballTalk.com kept the Giants in the top 10.
