DEFENSE-CELEBRATION

The Giants traveled to Cleveland and defeated the Browns, 21-15, for their first victory of the 2024 season.

It was a strong performance by both the offense and the defense, as the former gained 340 yards and scored three touchdowns against a tough Browns defense, while the latter sacked quarterback Deshaun Watson eight times and forced two turnovers.

Here are the top performers from the Giants' Week 3 victory over the Browns.

DANIEL-JONES

🏈 QB Daniel Jones

Going up against a tough Cleveland defense, Jones completed 70.6 percent of his passes for 236 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for a passer rating of 109.4 while also adding 20 yards on the ground.

MALIK-NABERS

🏈 WR Malik Nabers

After his breakout performance last week, Nabers carried that momentum over to Week 3. The rookie wide receiver led the team with eight receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns.

DEXTER-LAWRENCE

🏈 DL Dexter Lawrence

Lawrence was a force on the interior of the pass rush as he sacked Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson twice and added three tackles (two solo), one tackle for loss and four quarterback hits.

BRIAN-BURNS

🏈 OLB Brian Burns

After getting close in the first two games, Burns finally hit home against the Browns. The outside linebacker picked up his first sack as a Giant on a play in which he stripped the ball out of Watson's hands. Burns finished the game with three tackles (two solo), two passes defensed and two quarterback hits in addition to the strip-sack.

DEVIN-SINGLETARY-TD

🏈 RB Devin Singletary

Singletary found the end zone for the second consecutive week as the veteran back carried the ball 16 times for 65 yards (4.1 avg.) and caught four passes for an additional 43 yards.

ELIJAH-CHATMAN-SACK

🏈 DL Elijah Chatman

Chatman contributed to the Giants' strong pass rush on Sunday as the rookie undrafted lineman recorded the first sack of his NFL career while totaling three tackles (two solo).

MICAH-MCFADDEN

🏈 ILB Micah McFadden

McFadden had a strong overall day as he recorded six tackles (five solo), 0.5 sacks, and three quarterback hits.
