2018 Bracket Challenge: Victor Cruz vs. Antrel Rolle
WR Victor Cruz
Years with NYG: 2010-16
Signed as an undrafted free agent out of UMass after an impressive preseason in 2010, Cruz burst onto the scene a year later and was the catalyst in the Giants' Super Bowl XLVI championship run. In 2011, Cruz set the franchise record for most receiving yards in a season with 1,536 – 99 of which came on one late-season touchdown against the Jets that sparked the Giants' playoff run. Cruz, who had two 1,000-yard seasons and came two yards shy of a third, is 10th in franchise history with 4,549 receiving yards.
VS.
S Antrel Rolle
Years with NYG: 2010-2014
Coming off a Pro Bowl season with the Cardinals, Rolle signed with the Giants and became an immediate leader in the locker room. He would go on to make two more Pro Bowls with Big Blue, but his biggest mark was helping franchise win its fourth Super Bowl title in 2011. Rolle never missed a start in his five seasons with the Giants while leading the team in tackles in 2011 and 2013 (he also had a team-high six interceptions that year).
