2018 Bracket Challenge: Antonio Pierce vs. Shaun O'Hara
LB Antonio Pierce
Years with NYG: 2005-09
One of the smartest players ever to wear a Giants uniform, Pierce is part of the franchise's rich tradition at linebacker. He led a top-10 defense in 2007 and a top-five unit in 2008. In their 2007 title run, his defense never allowed more than 20 points in four postseason games, including limiting the record-setting Patriots offense to just 14 points in Super Bowl XLII.
VS.
C Shaun O'Hara
Years with NYG: 2004-10
The New Jersey native found a home with the Giants, centering a talented offensive line with Kareem McKenzie, Chris Snee, David Diehl, and Rich Seubert. O'Hara was a three-time Pro Bowler from 2008-10, a stretch in which the Giants won Super Bowl XLII. O'Hara started 103 games for the Giants, including six in the postseason.
