EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Giants today announced several changes to their front office.
Celeste Bell has been named the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In this newly created role, Bell will lead all HR and DEI Initiatives and will be responsible for continuing to develop and implement policies, procedures and practices that positively impact employees and lead to better business outcomes.
Prior to joining the Giants, Bell served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Deutsch NY and spent 10 years with Major League Baseball. Bell's experience includes programs and policies that elevate the employee experience, recruitment efforts around technology, engineering and media, creating employee programs for the purpose of development, engagement and retention, and establishing partnerships with forward-thinking organizations to build diverse pipelines.
Steve Hamrahi has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Hamrahi originally joined the Giants in July 2001 as Controller, a position he held until 2011 when he was promoted to Vice President of Finance.
Rich Hernandez has been promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Hernandez joined the Giants in 2022 as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining the Giants, Hernandez was a Partner at McCarter & English, LLP where he spent 17 years focused on business litigation, antitrust and sports law, and represented the Giants in a variety of matters.
Nilay Shah has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy after spending the previous three years as Vice President of Digital Marketing. Shah originally joined the Giants in August 2007 as Manager of Digital Strategy.
Jessica Slenker has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. She originally joined the Giants in January 2010 as the Director of Marketing and Partnerships. Slenker previously served as the Vice President of Partnership Strategy and Activation from 2020-2022.
