• Which 2017 draft pick do you think will make the most immediate impact on the Giants?

Can I choose two? Flip a coin? I believe the first two picks will each contribute to the Giants significantly in 2017. Ben McAdoo has numerous ideas for incorporating Evan Engram into an offense that already has dynamic receivers in Odell Beckham, Jr., Sterling Shepard and Brandon Marshall. Engram will be a big and fast target for Eli Manning down the middle of the field.
But second-round selection Dalvin Tomlinson might be a step ahead of him, because a starting job is open for him at defensive tackle following the departure of Johnathan Hankins (now with the Colts). If he performs as anticipated, Tomlinson will be a rugged run-stopper in the middle of the line and - like Engram - contribute from Day One.

How to be a successful NFL quarterback. Step one is to learn the Giants' offense inside and out. Webb can learn many important lessons without ever stepping on the field, particularly by observing and listening to Eli Manning. The Giants' 14-year veteran meticulously prepares for each opponent. Before the team begins its work week, Manning watches hours of tape of the opposing defense. He takes detailed notes and shares his observations and thoughts with Ben McAdoo and offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan when they're constructing the game plan. He continues to study throughout the week.
Manning constantly talks to his offensive teammates, either individually or in small groups, to discuss plays, coverages, schemes, or anything else that might help the Giants win. He is one of the first players on the practice field, where he follows an exercise routine to prepare his arm for throwing the ball. In practice, he is constantly offering tips or advice after a play ends. In short, Manning is the consummate professional. Webb should strive to be the same.
