What can the Giants do to improve the two-minute defense?
Patrick
Dear Patrick:
The late Bill Walsh, the Hall of Fame coach, used to say the key to success in the NFL is a fourth-quarter pass rush. When a team is ahead late in the game, it must be able to pressure the quarterback on the other team trying to generate a comeback.
The Giants' pass rush has not done that with any consistency. If the Giants are to improve in those late-game situations, they must generate a more effective pass rush.
