Will Hakeem Nicks be able to start the season, and if he does what kind of season will he have?
-Isaac
Hakeem Nicks is not yet practicing because of the broken foot he suffered in May, but remains confident he will be in the starting lineup for the season opener on Sept. 5 vs. Dallas. As for what kind of season he'll have, I think nothing less than outstanding. He is the Giants' most gifted receiver. And in addition to the terrific numbers Nicks posted in the regular season – 76 catches, 1,192 yards, seven touchdowns – he led the Giants in all three categories in the postseason. If he stays healthy, Nicks could become one of the NFL's finest receivers.
