2019 • SENIOR SEASON: Played in all 13 games and started nine • recorded 57 tackles (37 solo), including four for loss and 2.5 sacks • broke up three passes and intercepted one pass and returned it for a touchdown. Game-by-Game: Made Minnesota debut against Fresno State and notched one tackle • tallied two tackles against Maryland • recorded four tackles against Iowa • registered two tackles against Ohio State • notched two tackles against Nebraska • competed against Indiana • broke up one pass and made six tackles including one for a loss against Illinois • tallied three tackles including one for loss and broke up one pass • notched eight tackles including 1.5 for loss, a sack and broke up one pass against Northwestern • intercepted a pass late in the game against Wisconsin and added three tackles and a pass breakup • tallied three tackles in Quick Lane Bowl victory over Georgia Tech.
2017: Sat out the season in compliance with NCAA transfer rules.
PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Spent two seasons as a defensive back at Florida • played in nine games and made one start in Florida's season opener as a sophomore • tallied five tackles in the 2016 season • appeared in five games as a reserve defensive back and on special teams as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a standout wide receiver and defensive back playing at Gainesville High School (Ga.) • recorded 76 receptions for 1,402 yards and 20 touchdowns on offense • made one interception and tallied 47 tackles including two for a loss on defense • was a Class 5A All-State honoree • coached by Bruce Miller and former NFL Pro Bowler Ray Buchanan.
