Senior NFL columnist Pete Prisco of CBSSports.com slid the Giants up into the top five to No. 3, behind the undefeated Green Bay Packers and the San Francisco 49ers.
"When I had the Giants up high last week, a lot of people laughed at me," Prisco writes. "Are you still laughing? This team has another tough test at the 49ers."NFC EAST: No. 3 Giants (previously ranked No. 4), No. 15 Cowboys (20), No. 19 Eagles (18), No. 22 Redskins (22).
In the NFL.com Power Poll, the Giants moved up to No. 4.NFC EAST: No. 4 Giants (7), No. 15 Eagles (15), No. 17 Cowboys (20), No. 25 Redskins (24).
Brian Billick of FOX Sports bumped Big Blue up six spots to No. 5.
"Truly impressive win for the Giants," the analyst wrote. "If they can just split the upcoming games at the 49ers, Philly, at the Saints and Green Bay, they will be in great shape. ProFootballTalk had the Giants third behind the Packers and 49ers.

ESPN.com placed the Giants at No. 6, up three spots from last week.
