- Justin Halley, a 6-foot-3, 207-pound safety out of Florida International University, closed out his senior season in 2014 with 45 tackles (34 solo) and three pass breakups in 11 games.

- Halley finished his FIU career with 157 tackles, seven interceptions and 21 pass breakups. Appeared in 43 games for the Panthers and has the fourth-longest fumble recovery return in school history (62 yards at Troy on Oct. 20, 2012).
- Halley climbed to second in the FIU record books for pass breakups and finished fifth all-time in interceptions.
- A Florida native, Halley played at Boca Raton High School, where he played safety and wide receiver and was a 2009 Palm Beach County Coaches' All-Conference First-Team selection. He was rated the No. 72 player in Florida as a senior by MaxPreps and a three-star recruit by Rivals. Halley is a professional model in the offseason, having worked with Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy and Dsquared2.
